Ongoing Starfish Class for parents and their crawling babies and toddlers up to the age of 3, this class is a gentle and friendly stretch  for the adults with songs and surprises for the younger class participants.  (It only sounds impossible, I promise!)  Email me at feeneyjeanne7@gmail.com to pre-register for this class as it fills regularly.

Ongoing Fluid Movement Class for any adult, regardless of experience, interested in feeling fabulous moving at any age. We will touch into the basics of embodied presence with a gentle start through breathing and slowly building to moving together with creativity and fun with the use of props (fabric, sticks and balls)  Great music!
